CO - FOUNDER Devonta "Sully" Sullivan 

Devonta “Sully” Sullivan is an Atlanta-born public safety professional, former Atlanta mayoral candidate, and community leader committed to service, integrity, and public safety. A law enforcement officer by trade, he is a graduate of Therrell High School and Georgia Military College, with extensive experience serving in the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice, Georgia Department of Corrections, and the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office.

As the former Founder and CEO of O’Sully Enterprise Public Safety, Devonta led strategic security initiatives in partnership with veterans and law enforcement professionals nationwide. He currently serves on a Legislative Committee for the State of Georgia and as a National Ambassador for Veterans for America First, contributing to policy discussions and civic engagement efforts focused on public safety and community trust.

Guided by faith and rooted in servant leadership, Devonta is recognized for his integrity, discipline, and commitment to protecting communities while strengthening the bond between citizens and those sworn to serve.

He is an active member of several professional law enforcement organizations, including the Georgia Sheriffs’ Association, Iowa State Sheriffs’ and Deputies’ Association, Illinois Sheriffs’ Association, the National Sheriffs’ Association, and the Peace Officers Association of Georgia.

CEO - Chief “Alonzo” Moreland 

Chief Moreland is an Atlanta-born Public Safety Professional with a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and faith. A graduate of Westlake High School, he continued his academic journey at Morris Brown College, where he studied Theology, laying a strong foundation for both spiritual and community leadership. With extensive experience serving in the Armed Forces and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Chief Moreland has built a respected career rooted in discipline, integrity, and public trust. He has been a significant contributor to the security and public safety industry, earning a strong and credible reputation among peers and professionals alike.

Chief Moreland currently serves as a Fugitive Recovery Agent and Bail Bondsman, dedicated to demonstrating what ethical, professional, and community-centered public safety should look like. His work reflects a deep passion for protecting and serving people while upholding justice and accountability. Beyond public safety,

Chief Moreland is also a Bishop and Pastor in the Lord’s Church, answering a higher calling to guide, mentor, and uplift others spiritually. His faith remains central to his mission, and he is continuously seeking God’s direction for greater and bigger things in his life and service.

The Peace Officers Association of Georgia has played a significant role in Chief Moreland’s professional journey, further strengthening his dedication to the public safety field.
